• The more units purchased the cheaper the cost of each unit
• Each unit is equal to 1 hour of support, minimum charge is 0.5 units
• Each unit package expires after 12 months from the use of the first unit
• Units can be used for any support within our expertises
• Minimum for onsite support is 4 units
• No 24x7 option, standard priority
• Option for monthly pro-active maintenance at fixed priced per month
